General Provisions
- Hydra Esports Stadium is open 24/7, including weekends and holidays. In the event of private events, maintenance work, or other circumstances that may require the club to close, this information will be posted as a special announcement on the premises and on our Instagram page.
- Video surveillance is in operation throughout the premises of Hydra Esports Stadium.
- The management of Hydra Esports Stadium reserves the right to refuse service and deny access to the premises in case of non-compliance with these Rules or for other valid reasons, without refunding payment for services rendered.
- In the event of intentional damage to club property, the guest undertakes to compensate the establishment for the monetary equivalent of the damage caused. Otherwise, the guest will be held administratively liable in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- The management of Hydra Esports Stadium is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances that result in substandard service for our guests, such as power outages, internet disruptions, and other emergencies, the management will always strive to accommodate our guests and compensate for any inconveniences.
- We are not responsible for the operation of game servers on the Internet or for errors in the software and/or computer games used.
- Staff reserves the right to dispose of empty bottles and packets of chewing tobacco found on the desks.
Guest Rights
- Guests may request the operator to move them from one PC to another, provided there are unoccupied computers available in the club.
- Guests may ask the administrator for help with PC settings or peripheral devices, as well as request replacement of devices with equivalent ones in case of malfunction or improper operation.
- Guests may connect their own personal devices (keyboards, mice, headsets, and mousepads) instead of those provided by the club.
- Guests may connect to the club's Wi-Fi network free of charge using their own device.
Prohibited Actions
- Sitting at a computer without paying for time is prohibited. Paid time must be recorded before the gaming session begins.
- Transferring unused time or a reservation to another person is prohibited. Time and reservations belong solely to the guest who paid for them.
- Eating at the computer desk, including while pushed back from the desk, is prohibited. Eating is permitted only in designated areas.
- Smoking (including vapes and IQOS) on the club premises is prohibited, except in the designated smoking area.
- Consuming alcohol and/or drugs, as well as being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs on the club premises, is prohibited.
- Using nasway, snus, and all types of chewing tobacco is prohibited.
- Littering and spitting on the club premises and the surrounding area is prohibited.
- Using obscene language and engaging in aggressive behavior is prohibited.
- Being rude or disrespectful to staff, or making threats by claiming acquaintance with management or owners, is prohibited. In the event of threats, the guest will be automatically placed on the establishment's blacklist.
- Using cheat codes, keyloggers, and other fraudulent or spyware software, as well as actions prohibited by the rules of Steam, Battle.net, Origin, Mail.ru Gaming Center, ICCup, and other gaming providers, is prohibited.
- Sleeping on the club premises, even with paid game time, is prohibited. This includes the stands, waiting areas, and dining areas.
- Viewing pornographic materials is prohibited.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted on the club premises from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Removing shoes or socks, as well as placing feet on chairs, sofas, and tables, is prohibited.
- Shouting loudly and disturbing the comfortable stay of other guests is prohibited.
Reservation Rules
- You can reserve computers at the reception desk, by phone, or via WhatsApp. You may reserve no more than five computers or one PlayStation station per person. Reservations are available only for currently unoccupied computers. Since we cannot guarantee that previous guests will not extend their time, this may lead to conflicts.
- Reservations are available only for computers that are free at the time of booking and can be made no earlier than 1 hour before the scheduled session start time. If payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled. Importantly, even if a computer has only 5 minutes left before becoming free and is currently not in use, it cannot be reserved in advance.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the reservation time or re-reserve previously reserved computers.
- Exclusively in a situation where all computers in the desired room are occupied and you are at the reception desk, ready to wait, you may reserve a desired occupied computer that has no more than one hour of time remaining. To do so, you need to approach the guest playing on the desired computer and ask whether they intend to extend their time. If the guest states they will not extend, you need to return to the reception desk and inform the operator that you will take that computer. After the computer becomes available, you will have 15 minutes to pay for your time; otherwise, the computer will be assigned to other guests. If the guest decides to extend at the last moment, priority will be given to them. Please note that the option to reserve a computer is available only when you are personally present at the venue; reservations by phone or messenger are not accepted. We cannot guarantee that the computer will definitely become available and are not responsible for changes in other guests' plans.
- We strive to ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Therefore, in the event of threats, manipulation, or other unacceptable actions directed at our staff, the guest may be placed on the establishment's blacklist.
- To maintain order and fairness, our staff are not permitted to accept reservations that bypass the established rules. If this rule is violated, the staff member who accepted such a reservation will be fined.
Gaming Accounts
- The guest is required to log out of all their accounts (Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net, Origin, Riot Games, etc.) before leaving the computer.
- The management is not responsible for accounts left logged in on the club's computers.
- Logging into other people's accounts, changing others' settings, passwords, and data is prohibited. Such actions are considered theft and result in placement on the blacklist.
- Do not share your login credentials with club staff. Employees are not authorized to request your account information.
- If a guest discovers someone else's logged-in account on a computer, they must report it to the administrator rather than use that account.
- The club does not compensate for the loss of in-game items, currency, or progress resulting from failure to log out of an account.
User Account

- Your account is strictly personal and may not be used by any other person without your supervision.
- To create an account, a one-time balance top-up of 1,000 KGS is required.
- The minimum balance top-up amount is 200 KGS.
- Payments made for balance top-ups are non-refundable.
- When disconnecting an account with a package rate, the amount for unused time will not be refunded to the balance. If you have activated a package and need to change seats, please ask the cashier-operator for assistance.
- In case of non-compliance with the rules, the club management reserves the right to block the account, refuse service, and deny access to the premises.
In case of rule violations, the club management, represented by the manager, reserves the full right to place the guest on the establishment's blacklist. The manager is fully authorized to make such decisions. The leadership and owners of the club do not meet with guests who have violated the rules.
Parking Policy
Private parking for guests and staff of Hydra Esports Stadium gaming center and Zdorovye medical center.
- Complimentary parking
- The first 30 minutes of parking are free of charge.
- Extended free parking
- If you pay for at least 3 hours of gaming, parking is free for up to 24 hours.
- Parking ticket
- You must collect a parking ticket from the attendant upon entry.
- How to claim free parking
- Present your parking ticket to the operator when paying for your session.
- The operator will stamp your ticket provided you have paid for at least 3 hours and no more than 2 hours have passed between your arrival and payment.
- Ticket rules
- Please keep your ticket safe — you will need to present it when leaving.
- Unstamped tickets will be considered invalid.
Parking violations
- Drivers who exceed their allotted parking time may lose access to the parking facility.
- Serious violations may result in fines, and management reserves the right to have vehicles towed.
Speed limit: the maximum permitted speed on the parking premises is 10 km/h.

Parking spaces
- Each vehicle must occupy a single parking space only.
- Taking up more than one space per vehicle is not allowed.
Safety
- Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles at all times.
- Vehicles must not be left with the engine running.
- Vehicles must not be left with windows or doors open.
- Do not leave valuables in plain sight inside your vehicle.
Liability
- Management assumes no responsibility for damage to or theft of vehicles on the parking premises.
- Drivers bear full responsibility for following the rules and for any damage they cause.
Prohibited activities
- Performing vehicle repairs on the parking premises.
- Littering or spilling liquids on the parking premises.
- Parking vehicles with hazardous defects (e.g. fuel leaks).
- Parking vehicles with excessively loud exhaust systems.
- Washing vehicles on the parking premises.
- Making excessive noise or gathering in groups.
